The drawing will be October 31st. How's that for a treat?

O.K. Let's get down to business. An independent marketing firm recently surveyed a sampling of our clients. We were happy to discover that you want to learn about all the lists available to you. tidbitLIST BESTSELLERS FROM DLT

Resident List: Reach every prospect with all deliverable addresses in the U.S. This is the least expensive list to rent and the list qualifies for the lowest postage rate available. This list is also the most accurate resident list available today. It is double-checked for accuracy through patented software to verify address quality.

Resident Plus: Use this list to reach every household in your targeted areas, 70% with names. The lowest postage rate goes with this list because it is produced in carrier route walk sequence.

Consumer List: Names and addresses of individual heads-of-household in the U.S. For those who require a contact name, or have a special promotion that applies to a certain audience, use our named consumer list. Carefully target your list to mail efficiently, improve response and reduce total cost.

Business List: Reach all deliverable business addresses in the U.S., many with a contact name.

Mapping: Map your customer base by ZIP code, carrier route or radius from your business location(s), to visually identify target areas and prospects. Mapping saves you money because you only mail to areas that are in your targeted market. You can map by radius, boundary area, drive time, location or distance from locations.

NEW BESTSELLERS IN 2008:

  • Auto Owner List: The most targeted, high-octane national auto owner list on the market today.
  • RxMedical List: The industry's premium prescription and ailment mailing list.

   HOW TO MAXIMIZE POSTAGE SAVINGS

To pay the lowest postage rates possible, try using these helpful hints:

  • If mailing to your customer list, perform list hygiene and postal coding to get the best postage savings and the fastest delivery.
  • If mailing to both your customer list and a prospect list: perform “merge purge” to eliminate duplicates in the mailing. Then you should perform list hygiene and postal coding to get the best postage savings and the fastest delivery.
  • If mailing to every address in a geographic area and you want some head-of-household names use the Resident Plus list [with names where available] to obtain a lower postage rate than a consumer list allows.
  • Condense mapped areas around geographic locations and eliminate non-responsive areas.
  • Make sure your mailing list is in compliance with the USPS Move Update after November 23, 2008.

When you rent a mailing list from DLT you can get the best postal discounts available. Just call or email us to help maximize your postal savings.
